West Point, GA – Point Broadband, a fiber-fed fixed wireless Internet provider (WISP) based in West Point, Ga, announced today that they are bringing high-speed Internet service to the Algoma area of Pontotoc County. “Thanks to the work of the Algoma city leaders and the early broadband adopters making initial deposits for our internet service, we are ready to begin network construction” said Jeffery Couch, General Manager of Mississippi Point Broadband. Point Broadband currently plans to begin customer installations during the week of January 8th.
Point Broadband provides fast, reliable Internet service with standard speeds of either 10 or 20 Mbps, which can support cutting the expensive cable cord, streaming video, large file downloads, gaming and more. With Point Broadband there are no data caps or speed throttling and no contracts.
