At Point Broadband, the health and well-being of our customers, employees and communities are our top priorities. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves. We know that our network and communication services are essential to the communities we serve, and we take this responsibility very seriously. In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have a few additional updates for you.
How We Are Responding
We are taking steps to ensure your services continue with minimal interruption. Here are the most important steps we are taking:
Lobby Closures (see payment information posted below)
Our Opelika, AL lobby opened on Monday, June 22 by appointment only. Please call 334-748-9800 to make an appointment. Our Bristol, VA office lobby is still closed to the public, but will reopen soon. Our Bainbridge, GA office is closed until further notice.
Manage Your Account Online
Use Point Broadband’s online bill pay and 24/7 account access. Make payments and view transactions conveniently from this site. It’s easier and faster (in most cases) to manage your account digitally, especially given call wait times may be longer than usual. Access or take a few minutes to set up your account here.
