For all valued members of the Point Broadband family, we want to provide notice of expected Internet service interruptions during this time. Please note the schedule below, and please understand that during the listed, your service will likely be impacted at some point for approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
Upgrade Dates (Subject to change due to weather):
- McNease: November 7-9
- Bubber: November 12-14
- Colquitt: November 14-16

Again, Point Broadband customers in these areas will be impacted for a short time during these times. This may happen seamlessly, however, if you notice any outages beyond an hour, please call us immediately at 844-407-6468 and one of our friendly Customer Experience Reps will be glad to assist you. We will be monitoring the status of your signal as well throughout this process. If we notice a degradation in service, we will reach out to you via your contact number we have on file, as well as text and email, to schedule an on-site visit to recalibrate your receiver during that week to make sure that your receiver is optimized to receive signals from this newly upgraded location. We will have additional technicians in the market to assist you quickly.
During this time, the best way to stay up-to-date about any possible changes to this timeline is to visit this web page that we have dedicated to this network upgrade.
We sincerely thank you for your business and your patience during this upgrade, as we continue to strive to give our customers the best Internet experience they have ever had.
